When I first interviewed with Lupe not only was I impressed with her professionalism but I felt like I was at home.  What a great feeling that is.  She not only takes care of the children but educates them as though they are at school.  I like how she makes learning fun for all the children.  Her home  was immaculate and the yard was beautiful.  At the time I felt I had made the right decision and after four years….I am right.  She always had fun activities for the children and it was hard to leave Lupe’s house sometimes because my daughter did not want to leave.  If you choose to have Lupe as your daycare provider you will be as lucky as I was.

My son Garret, has been taken care of by Lupe, associates and family, for the last four years.  As a first time mother, I know the anxiety of trusting someone to care for your infant or child.  My son was only ten weeks old when I had to return to my full-time position.  It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do.  Lupe, associates and family are the most loving, caring, trustworthy people and it has been a pleasure leaving Garret in their care.  Garret loves seeing Lupe, and will miss her very much.  Garret at age 4 knows his alphabet, colors, numbers, has computer skills, is perfecting his coloring skills and writing skills, directly as result of Lupe's teaching.  He comes home with great projects, crafts, lessons, and stories of the fun things he did each day.

Both of our children started at Lupe's from the time they were six weeks old.  Our oldest son Michael was there until he started kindergarten.  Our youngest son Jeremy was 3.5 years old when he left.  We moved him closer to home because of job location changes.

We felt blessed to have found Lupe.  When we first met her and toured the daycare, we know the kids would be in good hands.  After 7 years, we can confidently say that they were in great hands.  Her genuine love & caring is what made the difference.  Both Michael & Jeremy's lives were much enriched by being there.

We are writing this letter of recommendation on behave of Allbrightabc Daycare.  Both of our children were part of Lupe's loving family for over 3 years (each child respectively).  From the day they were enrolled, our children have been part of a family that was invaluable to their development and social progression.  We can honestly say that they have been drenched in love, understanding, knowledge and social awareness being part of Lupe's family.  She provided so mcuh more than a safe haven for our children; she provided a nurturing learning environment that readies them for the world.

Lupe has provided a very structured curriculum involving preschool enrichment techniques, social interaction enrichment technique, special events, holiday and birthday celebrations and a wide variety of interactive teaching tools.  Mathematics, phonics, computers, reading, and all the expected preschool learning subjects are met and exceeded  by my expectations.

It is with a heavy heart that we must say goodbye to this wonderful family as both children have grown to school age.  Lupe will always be a Mentor to our children that I know they will never forget.  She will always  be in our hearts.

Re:  Allbrightabc Daycare

The purpose of this letter is to recommend Lupe  as a daycare provider.

My wife and I both work full time, and in August of 2001, our son was born.  For the first four months we were able to care for our child with maternity leave and grandparents, but in January, we needed daycare for him.

We interviewed and visited with Lupe at the suggestion of friends whose 3 year-old child was enrolled with Lupe at the time.  We were immediately impressed with the home-style design, and cleanliness of the play area.  In truth, we did not investigate any further after our encounter. 

When our son was an infant, Lupe provided his own isolated crib in an infant room, and she documented feedings, diapers and comments daily.  We had reservations about illness at daycare, but those fears did not materialize.  Our son did have the occasional cold and flu, but no less than his peers.

As he grew, he certainly benefited from the older children toddlers and preschoolers, and patterned his play, speech and behaviors around the more mature kids.  Every parent brags about his/her child's achievements, but we truly believe that his accelerated development is a result of his environment.

Now that our son is a toddler, he does arts and crafts, and education games with the other children, staff and computer games as well.  He likes going to see Lupe and his friends (whom he knows by name) in the morning, and is also happy to come home at the end of the day.

Our son has been attending this daycare for 18 months now.  If not for our recent move, he would have likely continue there through her preschool program.  He learns something everyday, and is clearly loved while there.

We trust Lupe like a family member.

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Lupe and her home daycare.  My daughter Katie, began attending Lupe’s daycare at 9 months-old and is now happy and well adjusted 30-month old.  I had interviewed several home daycare & centers and was starting to become very disillusioned with what was available until I met with Lupe.  I was very struck by the warm intimate environment and cleanliness of Lupe’s home.  I can say now that my first impression was right and Lupe’s daycare met all my expectation and more.

Lupe and her staff provided the children with good meals, age-appropriate learning activities and lots of loving care.  Also as important was the fact that Lupe provided a structured daily routine, which I believe helped to form a secure child.  Nothing made my day more special than seeing Katie in a great mood and flashing a big smile when I picked her up.  Lupe was always willing to take a moment at the end of the day (or even take a call during the day in the beginning) to talk about how Katie’s day went and answer any questions I had.  We felt that Lupe and her staff were true “partners” in our daughter’s development.

Katie has enjoyed all her playmates/friends at Lupe’s daycare.  The interacting & sharing with the kids has helped Katie to learn to forge new friendships with every child she meets.  I was always impressed with all the new things Katie would learn at every stage of her development.  Lupe and her staff truly love, respect and nurture the individuality of each child. 

My husband and I feel so very blessed that we found Lupe’s daycare.  She and her staff provided the positive experiences and loving care that we sought for our daughter.  We leave Lupe and her staff with our deep gratitude and our most sincere recommendation.

Hello Lupe~

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your efforts with our son over the past 3 years.

We've watched him blossom, grow and learn under your care.  We've been amazed at the vocabulary, songs and camaraderie that he's learned at your daycare.  We've heard him speak of you and your family as if you were part of our own.  His respect and affection for you is great.

The projects he's brought home from the preschool program have been super.  They will be treasured works of art for years.  His pride in showing them and the attention to detail that you've instilled in him is so admirable.

I love the blending of all ages at your daycare.  As an only child, we're always watchful that Adam is understanding and respectful of other children.  His loving and gentle spirit was nurtured by you.  He has such affection for babies and younger children.  He is quite gentle with them (something I'm sure he learned being of the 'big kids' at daycare).  He walks up to complete strangers and asks politely if he may say hello to their baby.  Since there are no babies in his life, I'm positive this is a trait he's learned at your knee.  

Adam did come to you a bit older than most kids, but fears of leaving him were never less than any other parents.  You helped soothe them.  Seeing his enthusiasm of running through your door each morning, hearing his giggles through your door when picking him up, listening to his stories of his action packed day.........all helped to put my worries aside.

Not to be forgotten, the food that you fed him.  You've introduced him to new flavors, vegetables and fruits.  The food was not convenience food, it was wholesome meals, prepared with love.  He is now a lover of broccoli, of peas, of corn and celery because of you.  There is a lot to be said for the children eating as a group encouraging one another to experiment with their palette; rather than being at home trying to play airplane to get him to eat a carrot.

Your daycare and home gave so much to our family.  We speak so well of you to all that ask or will listen.  We have a wonderful son, he's bright, loving, active and fun.  I worried that daycare would take some of this out of him; regiment him, break his spirit and harden him.  Instead, in you home, he's grown like I'm sure he wouldn't have anywhere else.  He's blossomed, matured, learned, loved and partaken in a caring environment that a mother and father could only with every child has the opportunity to be in daily.

He's in the school sponsored daycare now, preparing him for entry into Kindergarten in 2 months.  He loves it and everyone there loves him.  He's popular, engaging and energetic.  He's the happiest kid in the room and we thank you for encouraging him in every way.

I highly recommend Lupe and the staff at Allbrightabc Child Care.  My husband & I were impressed from the moment we me Lupe and stepped into her impressive home care facility. We initially noticed the way in which Lupe transformed the ENTIRE first floor of her house into a fun and stimulating environment for children.  We really liked the fact that there were SEPARATE play areas for infants, toddlers and preschoolers.  It was obvious that a great deal of thought and planning went into the set-up and logistics of  the child care facility.

Upon meeting Lupe we sensed her integrity, trustworthiness, and caring.  she showed us a beautiful photo album in which she collected pictures of the kids throughout the years; her whole face lit up when she spoke of the many celebrations and learning activities the children are engaged in throughout the years.  From this first meeting. we knew we could trust Lupe to take care of our four month old baby girl as if she were her own.

Once our daughter, Shea. began attending Allbrightabc we noticed she had quickly connected with Lupe.  Lupe regularly provided reports of Shea's eating, sleeping and activities which occurred throughout the day.  I appreciated Lupe's willingness to keep many of Shea's supplies (i.e. extra clothes, breast milk, etc.) at here house so that I did not have to regularly bring them back and forth from home.  Each day that Shea was dropped at Allbrightabc, I noticed that Shea greeted Lupe with a big smile and went to Lupe's loving arms as if she were a family member.  It has been evident to my husband and I that Lupe has created a safe, loving, supportive environment for children to grow and thrive.

My husband and I have decided that I will begin working on a part-time basis, in which we no longer need daycare support.  We are grateful for Lupe and Allbrightabc as it provoded a home away from home while Shea was in daycare during her first few month of life.

When we decided to put our son into daycare, we went through many different day care centers as well as home day care.  We called the agency that overlooks day care to find the best fit for us.  Then we came across AllbrightABC.  My husband and I were very impressed from the moment that we called to make an appointment to interview with the daycare.  Lupe provided us with a website to refer to prior to coming in, she even called the morning of our appointment to confirm.  Once we got there, we saw how clean the place was...just like my home!  She went over the daily routine and some of the programs that she has implemented into the program.  We went back several times with our son to see what the kids were like at different hours.  We found nothing but good things.  So we signed on!

Lupe was so caring and understanding through the change for our son.  She gave him a little extra attention while he adjusted to not having mommy and daddy with him.  She gave us updates on how he was doing.  Now, we can't imagine life without Lupe and the kids!  They are great!!  The best choice that we could've made!

We recommend AllbrightABC Daycare to anyone seeking high quality childcare for toddler or preschool age children.  Our son has learned so much under Lupe's care.  His language and vocabulary blossomed during his time there.  He is a lot more comfortable interacting with other kids and calls all kids his friends even though he does not them personally.  Having been raised the first two years of his life at home, we had hoped a home care would be next step to introduce him to other kids and other ways to play and learn.  Lupe has dedicated her entire home to create a fun and inviting atmosphere for the kids to learn and grow.  With the low provider-to-child ratio, the personal attention each child receives is invaluable.  Also, knowing that Lupe will always be there (no staff turnover) for the kids helps kids develop healthy emotional attachments early in life.

Not only does Lupe provide the attention  and love kids need, she also has a preschool program and a variety of planned activities designed to stimulate and engage children through play and exploration.  In addition, she helps kids learn to interact with each other respectfully and teaches them good manners and values.  Building good character is something you will not find in most daycare centers, yet it is probably the most important thing to develop.
